This is a generic custom error page to hide any HTTP errors such as a 404 Not Found, or a 500 Server Error related errors to the end users.

Below is the setting in web.config to switch on / off custom errors and it will be "On" by default. If developer has to troubleshoot on the actual exception, this setting can be turned off temporarily and enabled back. 

Sometimes even if the setting is turned off but still the same error page is shown, the redirection URL to be commented in Global.asax file.
